Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by e-mail, stating your reservation number.

If the reservation agreement is cancelled, the following cancellation costs will be charged:
• In case of cancellation up to the 90th day before arrival: 15 percent of the rent;
• In case of cancellation from the 90th day to the 60th day before arrival: 50 percent of the rental price;
• Cancellation from the 60th day to the 31st day before arrival: 75 percent of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation from the 31st day to 1 day before Arrival: 90 percent of the rental price;
• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: 100 percent of the rental price.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the stay is due.

We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
